Return Policy:

We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return:

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it thoroughly. If you identify any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and take appropriate measures to rectify it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Replacement Process:

To initiate a replacement, share a video of the incorrect, faulty, or damaged product with our customer support team within the stipulated timeframe. Our team will guide you on addressing any usage-related issues. If the product is confirmed as faulty, we'll request you to ship the item, including the original packaging and accessories, to our warehouse.

Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
