Shipping & Returns
Shipping Details:
- Delivery Charges: 100 Pkr/-
- Free Delivery for Orders Over 2000 Pkr/-
- Orders received on Sundays and National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
- Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However, delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping seasons or in case of excess demand.
- New customers will receive order confirmation via call/sms or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representative.
Returns & Replacement Details:
- We offer a 14-day free Replacement Policy.
- Replacement requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- We will schedule a replacement within 14 working days.
- Please pack the product (Original Product Box and All Accessories) for the courier to pick it up and provide you with the replacement.
- Note: We do not offer a replacement for "change of mind."
